You could consider a demolition by neglect aka affirmative maintenance
bylaw.  It cannot be addressed as part of your local historic district
bylaw. Chris.

We are still working on forming a new LHD here in North Reading, and 2 of
the private properties being considered are not well maintained.  Do any of
you have any experience with this kind of issue?
