[MassHistPres] Alcohol in Historic Buildings

The Pelham Historical Commission has been encourage by our town Finance
Committee to bring in funds to help with maintenance costs by promoting use
of our 1743 Town Hall for wedding receptions, etc. But we are running up
against the issue of liability if we allow serving (not sale) by the leasing
party, of alcohol in a town building. Has any other town any experience to
share with us?
