FY '12 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS



Proposal documents may be picked up on/after, Monday, July 2, 2012 in the Department of Procurement, 3rd Floor, City Hall, 45 School Street, Brockton, MA  02301 for the following Mayor's Office activities:



CONSULTING SERVICES-HISTORIC BUILDING SURVEY

PROPOSAL # OCP 13-HISTORIC



Proposals are due on/before Friday, August 10, 2012 at 4:30 p.m. ESDT at the Department of Procurement, City Hall, 45 School Street, 3rd Floor, Brockton MA,  02301.  All proposals submitted after this time will not be accepted.



Price & Non-Price Proposals (one original and two copies) must be submitted in two separately sealed envelopes marked as follows:



PART I  -              CONSULTING SERVICES-HISTORIC BUILDING SURVEY

                                NON-PRICE PROPOSAL



PART II -              CONSULTING SERVICES-HISTORIC BUILDING SURVEY

                                PRICE PROPOSAL



Proposers must meet the following minimum qualifications: a Bachelor's degree in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, History, Art History, or a closely related field, plus at least two years full-time experience in an area relevant to the project; or a Master's degree in any of the above-mentioned areas.



Proposal packages are also available in electronic format for download at www.ci.brockton.ma.us<http://www.ci.brockton.ma.us/>. Go to the Information tab, then to Procurement Postings.



All proposal procedures shall be in accordance with any/all Chapters and Sections of Mass. General Laws as they pertain to public procurement as well as City ordinance(s).
