[MassHistPres] RFP for Randolph Historic Preservation Plan Project

The Randolph Historical Commission, by and through the Town of Randolph, 
is seeking proposals from qualified historic preservation consultants to 
undertake the "Randolph Historic Preservation Plan Project." Proposals 
must be received at the Office of the Town Clerk, Randolph Town Hall, 41 
South Main Street, Randolph, MA, 02368, *on or before 11:00 AM**,** 
Friday, August 17, 2012*.

The Town of Randolph reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to 
waive any informalities in the Proposal process, if deemed in the Town's 
best interest.

The Request for Proposals (RFP), containing scope of work, proposal 
requirements, and evaluation criteria, will be/is available upon request 
after *10:00 AM,** Monday,* *July 9, 2012* at the Office of the Town 
Clerk, Randolph Town Hall, 41 South Main Street, Randolph, MA, 02368. 
The Office is open Monday thru Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Proposers must meet the following minimum qualifications: a Bachelor's 
degree in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, History, Art 
History, or a closely related field, plus at least two years full time 
experience in an area relevant to the project; or a Master's degree in 
any of the above mentioned areas.
