REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The Woburn Historical Commission, by and through the City of Woburn Office of Planning and Redevelopment, is seeking proposals from qualified historic preservation consultants to undertake the "Woburn Community-wide Historic Properties Survey." Proposals must be received at the Office of the Purchasing Director, Woburn City Hall, 10 Common Street, Woburn, MA 01801, on or before 11:00 am, August 9th, 2012.

The City of Woburn reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the Proposal process, if deemed in the City's best interest.

The Request for Proposals (RFP), containing scope of work, proposal requirements, and evaluation criteria, will be/is available upon request after 9:00 am, July 9th, 2012 by e-mailing the Purchasing Director, Sarah A. Stanton, at sstanton at cityofwoburn.com<mailto:sstanton at cityofwoburn.com>

Proposers must meet the following minimum qualifications: a Bachelor's degree in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, History, Art History, or a closely related field, plus at least two years full time experience in an area relevant to the project; or a Master's degree in any of the above mentioned areas.

Office hours:      Monday - Wednesday (9:00 am - 4:30 pm)
Thursday (9:00 am - 7:00 pm)
Friday (9:00 am - 1:00 pm)
