[MassHistPres] Need demo delay advisor

Hello,

The Gloucester Historic Commission is planning to propose a demo delay
ordinance for our town.  Is there anyone in the area who has gone through
this process and would be able to advise us during the process?  It would
be particularly helpful if your town is, like ours, very diverse in terms
of income levels and opinions!
