[MassHistPres] unknown house & unknown church

(To avoid confusion — a while back I showed the then-unidentified Falmouth Parish House (thinking it was a chapel). I was simply noting that had been identified -- as the name on the postcard made clear.)
What I am trying to ID now are the rather odd house below and the church below that (which is NOT the Falmouth church).
The more you study the house, the odder it seems. -- possibly on a hillside or hill top site? Maybe by the sea?
And does anyone recognize this church? Note that it appears to have brick walls but the wood roof structure carries on down to the ground and appears independent of them. One thought was that its sparseness and the possible St. Andrews cross motif in the two apse windows, might suggest it was Presbyterian.
All thoughts on both mystery buildings welcomed.
