Requirements  

.	B.A. or advanced degree in museum studies, history or related
fields. Museum or related experience desirable
.	Financial, fundraising and operations-management skills 
.	Vision and ability to bring the museum forward to the next level and
convey the history of the Swift River Valley, Quabbin Reservoir lands, its
people and artifacts, accurately and sensitively 
.	Ability to work with the volunteer Board of Directors and deal
effectively with staff, donors, private groups, community organizations and
the general public
.	Ability to train and motivate staff and volunteers 

Salary commensurate with experience
