REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
RFP P-01
The City of Salem, through its Purchasing Department, is seeking proposals from qualified historic preservation consultants to prepare a nomination to the National Register of Historic Places for Greenlawn Cemetery. Sealed Proposals must be received at the Purchasing Department, Salem City Hall Annex, 120 Washington Street, Salem, Massachusetts 01970, on or before noon, Friday, August 16, 2013 at which time and place they will be opened for the following:

Preparation of Nomination to the National Register of Historic Places
The City of Salem reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to waive any informalities in the Proposal process, if deemed in the City’s best interest.
The Request for Proposal (RFP), containing scope of services, proposal requirements and evaluation criteria will be/is available upon request after 10:00am, Monday July 3, 2013 at the Purchasing Department, Salem City Hall Annex, 120 Washington Street, Salem, Massachusetts 01970.
Proposers or proposal teams must include a lead personnel who meet the following minimum qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, History, Art History, or a closely related field, plus at least two years full‑time experience in an area relevant to the project; or a Master’s degree in any of the above‑mentioned areas.
