[MassHistPres] experience with Azek?

Jill,

The Medford Historic District Commission prefers wood to replace word
clapboards etc, but sometimes we permit Azek, especially in places subject
to water damage, as long as it is painted by hand, i.e. just as natural
wood would be painted.
