[MassHistPres] Can you ID this Col. Rev. pair of houses

Can anyone ID this very nice Col. Rev. pair of houses in a semi-urbin setting from the Wheelwright Haven & Hoyt archive.  The texture of the surroundings suggests a setting like Salem -- but I'm open to any suggestions.  

I'd also be interested in a date-range guesstimate from anyone who really knows high style Co. Rev.
