[MassHistPres] Master Planner for Historic Property of 27 acres

We are looking for a person or firm to help the Westport Historical Society 
 lay out plans for the use of the landscape associated with the National 
Register  Cadman-White-Handy House in Westport.  We have about 27 acres, of 
which 2.2  acres, including the House itself, a derelict garage and two small 
outbuildings  (shed and outhouse) are under a preservation restriction.  We 
do not  plan to have any facilities within the Handy House itself, but 
instead wish to  design a small building with accessible restrooms to replace the 
garage.   We need advice on parking, accessible pathways, a possible 
Interpretive Center  (off the 2.2 acres), placement of septic system and the like. 
 We would  appreciate any recommendations that you may have for 
persons/firms who offer  these planning services.
