[MassHistPres] Gravestone Preservation Policy?

Good afternoon,

Do any communities have an official policy on gravestone preservation or restoration?  We have one stone that needs immediate attention, but the Commission is concerned about setting a precedent that gives us responsibility for every stone in every cemetery.
