[MassHistPres] Gravestone Preservation Policy?

Do any communities  have an official policy on gravestone preservation or 
restoration?  We  have one stone that needs immediate attention, but the 
Commission is concerned  about setting a precedent that gives us responsibility 
for every stone in  every cemetery.
