[MassHistPres] Paint Consultant Pelham Historical Comm

The Town of Pelham Historical Commission is initiating a project to document
and restore the exterior of the Pelham Hill Church/Historical Society Museum
(PEL.24) one of two buildings in our National Register Historical District.
We require the services of a paint consultant to advise us concerning the
primer and paint currently on the building, proper preparation for new
primer and paint (including recommendations on type of primer and paint) and
any architectural features that require special treatment.
