Subject: [MassHistPres] Database Systems for Historic Resource Information
Hi,
The Town of Concord is considering options that would allow us to add our Historic Resource Survey forms to our website for easy public access - ideally, I would like to see the forms made accessible through the Town's GIS system so that residents can view the forms in the same way that they would look up other important facts on their property. I was wondering if any other communities have done this, either by using the GIS mapping system or other programs, and would appreciate any feedback on how well the resource has worked and/or been used by the public.
Thank you,
Lara Kritzer
