Hello, all,
I’ve received a question about a situation with a café that is going to be created in an 1840’s Greek Revival old country store on a corner lot in a local historic district. The kitchen will be located on the side street façade of the building, and a ventilation unit for the stoves and such will go through one of the windows on that façade. Because of the way the building is configured, the kitchen cannot be ventilated to the rear of the building, so the ventilation unit will be visible from the side street. The organization doing the project wants to do the ventilation in the least obtrusive way possible, and is looking for examples that they might use for models. If anyone can suggest some examples for them, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
Michele
