Chris -
Historic boards on Cape Cod have often asked for advice on how to evaluate the case before them (ie. whether to apply the demolition delay or not), how to involve a structural engineer to consider an applicant's claim about the building's condition, how to explore alternatives to demolition during the delay period, and also how to insure that buildings are documented if the delay period expires without finding an alternative to demolition.
