[MassHistPres] Ideas for a Demolition Delay Workshop

Medford too would love to get some ideas on how to make the most of our
relatively short delay (6 mo), creative and effective alternatives to demo,
and how to encourage occasionally recalcitrant developers to be more
cooperative.  I would also love a framework for truly understanding
"preferably preserved" beyond the "I know it when I see it."
