There is a front page article in today’s globe on the imminent demolition of the Loring House in Beverly after what is reported to have been two one-year demo delays.

It would be interesting to know about how there could be two delays, if correctly reported — and any other thoughts from those in the know, about this sad ending of such an important house — which I recall visiting on an SAH/NE tour ca. 1980.
