            The Brockton Department of Planning & Economic Development is currently working with the Massachusetts Historical Commission through their Massachusetts Historical Commission Survey and Planning Grant Program on a project titled "Downtown Brockton Historic Buildings Opportunity Casebook Project".

FY 16' Request for Proposals


Proposal documents may be picked up on/after, Monday, August 24, 2015 in the Department of Planning & Economic Development, 3rd Floor, City Hall, 45 School Street, Brockton, MA 02301 for the following Brockton Planning & Economic Development Department activity:

Consulting Services - Downtown Brockton Historic Buildings Opportunity Casebook Project PROPOSAL

(PED 16-Historic)

Proposals are due on/before Thursday, September 24, 2015 at 4:30 pm ESDT at the Department of Procurement Basement Level, Room B-9, City Hall, 45 School Street, Brockton, MA 02301. All proposals submitted after this time shall not be accepted.

Price & Non-Price Proposals (one original and two copies) must be emailed to the Procurement Officer or mailed in two separately sealed envelopes marked as follows:

Part I - Consulting Services - Downtown Brockton Historic Buildings Opportunity Casebook Project: Non Price Proposal

Part II - Consulting Services - Downtown Brockton Historic Buildings Opportunity Casebook Project: Price Proposal

Proposers must meet the following minimum qualifications: a Bachelor's degree in Historic Preservation, Historic Architecture, Architectural History, History, Art History, or a closely related field, plus at least two (2) years full-time experience in an area relevant to the project; or a Master's degree in any of the above-mentioned areas.
