 TOWN OF CHELMSFORDRE-ISSUED - REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS  The Chelmsford Historical Commission, by and through the Town of Chelmsford, is seeking proposals from qualified historic preservation consultants to undertake the “Chelmsford Community-wide Historic Properties Survey.” Proposals must be received at the Town Manager’s Office, Chelmsford Town Hall, 50 Billerica Road, Chelmsford, Massachusetts 01824, on or before 10:00 am, Friday, September 18, 2015. The Town of Chelmsford reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the Proposal process, if deemed in the Town’s best interest. The Request for Proposals (RFP), containing scope of work, proposal requirements, and evaluation criteria, will be/is available upon request after 10:00 am, Tuesday September 1, 2015 by contacting the Evan Belansky, Community Development Director, by e-mail or telephone at ebelansky at townofchelmsford.usor 978-244-3341. Proposers must meet the following minimum qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, History, Art History, or a closely related field, plus at least two years full‑time experience in an area relevant to the project; or a Master’s degree in any of the above‑mentioned areas. Questions regarding the RFP must be-mailed to ebelansky at townofchelmsford.us by no later than September 11, 2015.
