[MassHistPres] Request for bids, Pelham Town Hall Interior Project

The Town of Pelham MA, through its Historical Commission, is seeking
proposals from qualified individuals and firms for a study of the interior
of the Pelham 1743 Meetinghouse/Town Hall. This building is one of the
elements of the Pelham Hill National Register Historic District.
Specifically, the Commission is seeking a set of recommendations from a
qualified consultant for appropriate cleaning and preservation techniques
for the interior surfaces of the first and second floors and connecting
stairwell. Detailed information for prospective bidders is available on
