LEGAL NOTICE
CITY OF BEVERLY
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
RFP # 15-024
The Beverly Historic District Commission, by and through the City of
Beverly, is seeking proposals from qualified historic preservation
consultants to undertake the "City of Beverly Historic Resources Survey
Update." Proposals must be received at the Office of the Purchasing Agent,
Beverly City Hall, 191 Cabot Street, Beverly, Massachusetts 01915, on or
before 10:00 am, Friday, August 21, 2015.
The city of Beverly reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to
waive any informalities in the Proposal process, if deemed in the Town's
best interest.
The Request for Proposals (RFP), containing scope of work, proposal
requirements, and evaluation criteria, will be/is available upon request
after 10:00 am, Monday, July 20, 2015 at the Office of the Purchasing Agent,
Beverly City Hall, 191 Cabot Street, Beverly, Massachusetts 01915 or by
contacting the Purchasing agent by e-mail or telephone at
dgelineau at beverlyma.gov or (978) 921-6000.
Proposers must meet the following minimum qualifications: a Bachelor's
degree in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, History, Art
History, or a closely related field, plus at least two years full time
experience in an area relevant to the project; or a Master's degree in any
of the above mentioned areas.
The RFP may be viewed and printed www.beverlyma.gov within the Purchasing
Department, under Bids and RFPs #15-024.

dgelineau at beverlyma.gov or faxed to (978) 921-8301.

Thursday (8:30 am - 7:30 pm)
