TOWN OF BOURNE
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
RFP # M-05

The Bourne Historical Commission, by and through the Town of Bourne, is seeking proposals from qualified historic preservation consultants to undertake the "Bourne Community-wide Historic Properties Survey." Proposals must be received at the Office of the Town Administrator, Bourne Town Hall, 24 Perry Avenue, Bourne, Massachusetts 02532, on or before 10:00 am, Friday, August 21, 2015.

The Town of Bourne reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the Proposal process, if deemed in the Town's best interest.

The Request for Proposals (RFP), containing scope of work, proposal requirements, and evaluation criteria, will be available upon request after 10:00 am, Monday, July 20, 2015 at the Office of the Town Administrator, Bourne Town Hall, 24 Perry Avenue, Bourne, Massachusetts 02532 or by contacting Coreen Moore, Town Planner by e-mail or telephone at cmoore at townofbourne.com or (508) 759-0600 extension #1346

Proposers must meet the following minimum qualifications: a Bachelor's degree in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, History, Art History, or a closely related field, plus at least two years full time experience in an area relevant to the project; or a Master's degree in any of the above mentioned areas.

The RFP may be viewed on the website of the Town of Bourne at www.townofbourne.com<http://www.townofbourne.com> Copies must be picked up or officially requested as required above.
