[MassHistPres] Section 106 Review Local Procedure

The North Attleborough Historical Commission will  need to comment and
review a proposed project to assist in compliance with Section 106 of the
National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, as amended in 1988. 

We are looking for comments  and /or direction from other local historical
commissions to see if someone has developed a checklist  of items of concern
that need to be considered. Is a local Public Hearing needed as part of this
process ? Any other information to simplify the process and cover all local
concerns from a historical and archaeological  point of view would be
welcome.
