[MassHistPres] Preservation Restrictions

The town of Danvers is presently negotiating with a property owner for a preservation restriction on her first period house and barn and a 30,000 sf 'envelope' around the house.  The remaining part of the parcel could then be sold by the property owner.  We have one appraisal for the preservation restriction but we want to have another one to also bring to the property owner.  I am having a somewhat difficult time finding another appraiser who is familiar with, and willing to do an appraisal on a preservation restriction.  I have contacted Mass Historic and was told that they don't have a list of appropriate appraisers - so any help that the listserve could provide would be appreciated.
