I would be very interested in reading a copy of the by law. Southborough is currently in the early stages of proposing  a historic district along Main Street.

I am elated to report that the Winchester Town Meeting last night approved a bylaw under the Home Rule Charter that establishes the Rangeley Park Heritage District (the first Winchester preservation district) and provides for the creation of other districts in Winchester. I can provide a copy of the bylaw as adopted (and the map of the Rangeley district) to anyone who would like to see them.
