[MassHistPres] Rochester Historic District Commission seeking lawyer

Hello, we are seeking recommendations for an attorney who is knowledgeable about Historic Preservation, possibly more specifically Historic Districts. It has been suggested that our LHD get a lawyer to work with them dealing with a potential  solar farm that wants to develop a commercial parcel in our Center Historic District.
