[MassHistPres] Pittsfield - Interest in Carriage House Salvage?

Earlier this week the Pittsfield Historical Commission signed off on the demolition of an 1880's era carriage house built consistent with a Queen Anne style house.  The property owner has agreed to allow interested parties to salvage materials from the structure, which includes a largely intact slate roof.  However, the property is proposed to be demolished in the near future.  If you are aware of any interested parties, please feel free to have them contact me by Friday, November 27.  I do have photos that I am happy to share.  I will forward the contact information of interested parties to the property owner.
