There's a (partial) nationwide list on the WTCU website:
http://www.wctu.org/wctu-fountains.html
Perhaps the WCTU can identify it or offer some guidance about restoration.

In Rhode Island, Block Island's fountain, "Rebecca at the Well" (1896), has been relocated to the Block Island Historical Society and a replica installed on the old base. Just a statue now--no longer a working fountain.
The Cogswell Fountain (1880) in Pawtucket is no longer operational but a terrific monument in Downtown Pawtucket.
The traditional term here in R.I. is "temperance bubbler." Ha!

Hello,

We have an historic granite drinking fountain built by the Women's Christian Temperance Union. There has been an interest in making it a working fountain again. Is there an historic fountain in another city or town that has been restored ? Would it need to be made accessible for all to use?
