[MassHistPres] old bottling plant

A 13,000 square foot stone bottling plant, built in 1896, is in danger of being razed.  Mendon’s Historical Commission is working with the developer to reach an economically viable solution to retain the building but has not been successful.  The demo delay period has run out. Can anyone recommend a firm that might do adaptive reuse of this building?
