TOWN OF ROWLEY
REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
             
Design Services for an Elevator Addition 
at Rowley Town Hall Annex

The Town of Rowley will receive sealed proposals from qualified design firms for design services to assess and design an elevator at Town Hall Annex, 39 Central Street, Rowley, MA. The designer who is selected may also be commissioned for final design, bidding, and construction management services. 
Sealed proposals will be received at the Rowley Selectmen's Office, Town Hall, 139 Main Street, PO Box 275, Rowley, MA until 10:00AM on Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at which time they will be privately opened. The RFQ award will be made by the Board of Selectmen to the responsive and responsible company with the most advantageous proposal, as determined by the evaluation criteria.

RFQ documents may be picked-up starting on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at the Rowley Selectmen's Office located at 139 Main Street, Rowley, MA 01969 or downloaded from the Town's website www.townofrowley.org under General Information "Purchasing Information". It is the responders' responsibility, when obtaining the documents from the town's website, to notify the Town Administrator with the firm's contact information, and to check the Town's website for Addendums.
The Town of Rowley reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, or any portion of any proposal, deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
