What a sad state of affairs for preservation that even in Concord nothing is sacred especially if there's money to be made.

Subject: [MassHistPres] potential demolition of the 1770 Enos Fox House in Concord
A demolition permit application has been filed for this historic home which was witness to the gathering of Minutemen on April 19, 1775. It is not protected by an historic district and Concord's demo delay bylaw is subject to appeal and currently offers only a 6 month period of delay.
