[MassHistPres] Historic house available under demo delay in Chatham

The Chatham Historical Commission imposed a demolition delay on this historic house at 76 Barcliff Avenue in Chatham.   You can also view the building easily on street view using Google Maps.
The town and the owner are looking for alternatives to demolition.  If you are interested, please call Jeff Brown at 508-237-4105 for more information.  The demolition delay expires on February 18, 2017.
