At its March and June Commission meetings, the Massachusetts Historical Commission awarded matching Survey and Planning Grants to nineteen projects statewide as part of its FY16 Grant cycle. In the upcoming weeks most of these projects will advertise for qualified consultants to undertake the grant supported project work that will begin in the fall. Members of this listserv may recall that notices of these Requests for Proposals are posted here. For the benefit of those with an interest, and as a heads-up to everyone regarding these coming announcements, I've included a list of all the upcoming projects.

For more information on the MHC's annual Survey an Planning Grant program see: https://www.sec.state.ma.us/mhc/mhchpp/Surveyandplanning.htm Announcements for the FY17 grant round will go out in September. Congratulations to all the FY16 grant recipients!
