SPRINGFIELD PRESERVATION TRUST
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Springfield Endangered Historic Building Casebook

The Springfield Preservation Trust (SPT) is seeking proposals from qualified historic preservation consultants to undertake the development of the "Springfield Endangered Historic Building Casebook."  Proposals must be received at the Springfield Preservation Trust, located at the Mason Wright Retirement Community, 74 Walnut Street, Springfield, Massachusetts, 01105 on or before 10:00 A.M., Monday, December 5, 2016.


The Request for Proposals (RFP), containing scope of work, proposal requirements, and evaluation criteria, will be available upon request after 10:00 A.M., Friday, November 3, 2016 by contacting Ben Murphy, Project Coordinator, by e-mail or telephone at admin at springfieldpreservation.org or (413) 747-0656 (voicemail).

Proposers must meet the following minimum qualifications: a Bachelor's degree in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, History, Art History, or a closely related field, plus at least two years full-time experience in an area relevant to the project; or a Master's degree in any of the above-mentioned areas.

The SPT reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the Proposal process, if deemed in the SPT's best interest.
