[MassHistPres] Demo Delay

There is a case where a house under demo delay has been cribbed and will be
relocated. The issue is that no conditions were imposed on how the house
will be treated when it gets to its new location. Two questions:

1. Have you seen Commissions impose such conditions to ensure historic
integrity?

2. Once it's in the new location, what if the owner then decides to do
a major alteration/addition - can demo delay be triggered on the same
building in its new location?

Thanks for any thoughts or shared experiences. Eric
