LEGAL NOTICE

TOWN OF NORTH ATTLEBOROUGH

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL  

North Attleborough Historic Preservation Plan

 

The Town of North Attleborough, by and through the North Attleborough
Historical Commission as the awarding authority, is seeking sealed proposals
from qualified historic preservation consultants to develop  and prepare  a
comprehensive North Attleborough Historic Preservation Plan Proposals must
be received by the North Attleborough Historical Commission c/o the Office
of the Board of Selectmen, North Attleborough Town Hall, 43 South Washington
Street, North Attleborough, Massachusetts 02760, on or before 10:00am,
December 5,  2016. Office hours: Monday-Thursday (8am - 4pm) Friday (8:00 am
- 12:00  noon).        

 

 

The Request for Proposal (RFP), containing scope of work, complete proposal
requirements, and evaluation criteria, will be/is available upon request
after 10:00 am, November 3, 2016 for pick up at the Office of the Board of
Selectmen, or by email by contacting Ann J. Chapdelaine, Local Project
Coordinator at histcom at nattleboro.com 

 

Proposers must meet the following minimum qualifications: a Bachelor's
degree in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, History, Art
History, or a closely related field, and two years full-time experience in
an area relevant to the project; or a Master's degree in any of the
above-mentioned areas.

 

The Town of North Attleborough reserves the right to reject any and all bids
or to waive any informality in the proposal process, if deemed in the Town's
best interest.
