The Town of Mendon is seeking  proposals for the purchase of a 1.6 +/- acre lot containing an 1830’s farmhouse and outbuilding, surrounded by  20.3  +/- acres of Open Space Conservation Land, located at 34 George Street, Mendon, MA.  The  house will be sold “As-Is” with an agreement to place a Preservation Restriction on it.  The Request for Proposal is available www.mendonma.gov and the Office of the Town Administrator, 20 Main Street, Mendon, MA.
