TOWN OF HOPKINTON
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
RFP# LU-1

The Town of Hopkinton, by and through the Hopkinton Historical Commission, is seeking proposals from qualified historic preservation consultants to undertake the "Hopkinton Historic Properties Survey".  Proposals must be received at the Town Manager's Office on or before 10:00 AM, Friday, August 18, 2017.  Proposals may be delivered in person at 80 South Street, Hopkinton, MA, or mailed to Elaine Lazarus, Town Manager's Office, 18 Main Street, Hopkinton, MA 01748.

The Town of Hopkinton reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the Proposal process, if deemed in the Town's best interest.

The Request for Proposals (RFP), containing the scope of work, proposal requirements and evaluation criteria, is available at the Town Manager's Office, 80 South Street, Hopkinton, MA or by contacting Elaine Lazarus at elainel at hopkintonma.gov<mailto:elainel at hopkintonma.gov> or 508-497-9700.

Proposers must meet the following minimum qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, History, Art History, or a closely related field, plus at least two years full-time experience in an area relevant to the project; or a Master's degree in any of the above-mentioned areas.
