TOWN OF HANOVER
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
RFP Hanover Historic Properties Survey

The Town of Hanover, by and through the Hanover Historical Commission, is seeking proposals from qualified historic preservation consultants to undertake the “Hanover Community-wide Historic Properties Survey.” Proposals must be received at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, Hanover Town Hall, 550 Hanover Street, Hanover, Massachusetts 02339, on or before 10:00 am, Wednesday, August 23, 2017.

The Town of Hanover reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the Proposal process, if deemed in the Town’s best interest.

The Request for Proposals (RFP), containing scope of work, proposal requirements, and evaluation criteria, will be/is available upon request after 10:00 am, Wednesday July 19, 2017, at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, Hanover Town Hall, 550 Hanover Street, Hanover, Massachusetts 02339 or by contacting the Purchasing agent by e-mail or telephone at procurement at Hanover-ma.gov or (781) 826-5000.

Proposers must meet the following minimum qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, History, Art History, or a closely related field, plus at least two years full‑time experience in an area relevant to the project; or a Master’s degree in any of the above‑mentioned areas.

The RFP may be viewed and printed from www.hanover-ma.gov<http://www.hanover-ma.gov> within the Historical Commission RFP Hanover Historic Properties Survey.

Questions regarding the RFP must be written and either e-mailed to procurement at Hanover-ma.gov or faxed to (781) 826-5950.

Office hours:         Monday - Wednesday (8:00 am - 4:00 pm)
Thursday (8:00 am - 8:00 pm)
Friday (8:00 am - 12:00 pm noon)
