Hello all,

The Town of Framingham seeks quotes from qualified architects and civil engineering firms to assess the feasibility of relocating the Nobscot Community Chapel (780 Water Street), as well as information on the costs associated with and the steps involved in moving the building. The Deliverable should be a comprehensive document that outlines all costs and necessary steps associated with moving the Chapel off of its current site to a to-be-determined site. The deliverable will answer any questions about the process that the Board of Selectmen and Town Meeting might have as they make decisions regarding the Chapel and the Nobscot Neighborhood Commercial Center.

For full scope of work, contact Jennifer Doherty (jbd at FraminghamMA.gov<mailto:jbd at FraminghamMA.gov>) or Erika Oliver Jerram (eoj at FraminghamMA.gov<mailto:eoj at FraminghamMA.gov>).

Four (4) copies of sealed proposals for the Nobscot Community Chapel Relocation Feasibility Study will be accepted at Town of Framingham Community & Economic Development Department, 150 Concord Street Room B2, Framingham, MA until Friday, May 19, 2017 at 2 PM. Inquiries regarding this Invitation to Bid are to be directed to Erika Oliver Jerram, Deputy Director, Community & Economic Development, eoj at framinghamma.gov. Notice to proceed will be issued to the winning bidder the week of May 22, 2017.

Please pass this on to any individuals or firms you believe may be interested in the project.
Thank you,
Jenn
