[MassHistPres] Historical Preservation Planning Process

I would love to hear from any town that has engaged in community-wide preservation planning, and especially about the development of public-private partnerships as part of that planning process. How long did it take? What kind of partnerships were you able to develop? Do you have recommendations to make for other towns?

I am working with one specific town, but I’d also love to develop some resources for the Mass History Alliance website.
