[MassHistPres] replacement windows

Nancy,
Let throw a slightly different question at you.
Will the historic commission take any responsibility if they “specify” an
item that then has a failure or defect in the short term? What if (in
addition to a failure) the manufacturer goes out of business?
Would a homeowner *think* they had recourse in either of these situations?
Could this create a very uncomfortable situation for the commission?
