[MassHistPres] Gravestone Rubbing

Hi All,

The Sturbridge Historical Commission is going before the BOS requesting a
policy prohibiting gravestone rubbing.  It will be helpful to have a list
of towns that have a policy and resources we can quote to enhance our
point.  We know about the article in Mass General Laws and the reference in
the National Park Service.  However, neither one mentions "gravestone
rubbing" in particular.
