[MassHistPres] CPC requirement

Hi All,

I am trying to gather data on the Community Preservation Act requirement
that permanent restrictions which run with the land shall be enforceable by
the city/town/commonwealth/or nonprofit organizations. This can prove
problematic for small, rural towns with limited resources.

How are all of you in small, rural towns throughout the state
meeting/enforcing this requirement?
