Hi Kathy,

In Georgetown we have been lucky enough to work with Essex County
Greenbelt <https://ecga.org/>. They are a local land trust.

CPA funds have been used multiple times to grant endowments to help them
hold the Conservation Restriction on the purchases of land, and to do
Annual Inspections.

I'm not sure if they range their territory to your area of the
commonwealth, but they may know of some like minded Land Trusts that
operate in your neck of the woods.

Best,

H. LaCortiglia

Chair, Georgetown CPC
