[MassHistPres] 'Up lighting'

Hello Friends,
We are looking for communities who have 'up lighting' projects. By 'up
lighting' I mean exterior lights mounted on the facade and are pointed up
or down or both directions. The lighting effects are quite nice by
highlighting architectural features of the facade. Does your community
participate in that or have incentives? Thank you for any information you
may have.
