The Town of Marblehead, by and through its Historical Commission, is seeking responses from qualified historic preservation consultants to undertake the " Clifton Height Neighborhood Historic Properties Survey" . Written quotes must be received by the Town no later than 10:00 a.m. on Friday, August 16, 2019.
The Request for Quotes (RFQ), containing scope of work, proposal requirements, and evaluation criteria, is available upon request beginning on Tuesday July 16, 2019 by contacting Rebecca Curran Cutting, Town Planner, Abbot Hall, 188 Washington Street, Marblehead, Massachusetts 01945, 781.631.0000, rebeccac at marblehead.org
Office hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:00 am - 5 pm
Wednesday 8:00 am - 6 pm
Friday 8:00 am - 12:30 pm
Proposers must meet the following minimum qualifications: a Bachelor's degree in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, History, Art History, or a closely related field, plus at least two years full time experience in an area relevant to the project; or a Master's degree in any of the above mentioned areas.
All questions regarding this Request for Quotes must be received by the Town no later than 10:00 AM on Friday, August 9, 2019 and addressed to the attention of Rebecca Curran Cutting , Procurement Officer, Town of Marblehead and may be e-mailed, and if e-mailed must be marked in the subject line "RFQ Clifton Heights Survey" to rebeccac at marblehead.org
The Town of Marblehead reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the Proposal process, if deemed in the Town's best interest
